We absolutely loved our stay at cityroomz while we attended a wedding. The staff were extremely friendly and arranged for us to get checked in earlier than the original check in time which was much appreciated. The room was very comfortable, especially the bed. The room had everything we needed and I was very glad the lift was working to get all our things and our son in his buggy up to our room. Zero faults and would thoroughly recommend.

This place was perfect for a couple day stay in Edinburgh. Everything was clean and comfortable and the front desk staff were helpful and friendly. The only I would let people know of is the hotel is located near a nightclub/restaurant and you can hear it late into the night. Other than that, place was exactly what we needed.

The room was spacious and had a full kitchen. It was clean and if the windows are closed it was quiet, only city noise which is expected. The pull out coach for our third was a bit uncomfortable and made noise when moving. Great stay though

The hotel is in a convenient location, the staff was accommodating and the room was nice and large. However, the bar downstairs blared music until 3 am, and we could hear traffic noise and loud talking on the street, and we did not get a restful night's sleep. I would not stay there again.

A great location for the price. Ghillie Dhu, Jack Daniels, speakeasy, Italian, and taco shop in close proximity. The room was fine - leftover brown water in the teapot and the bathroom was less than ideal (possibly some mold). The facilities were being painted so we had to be careful not to touch anything as we were coming and going. But ultimately, the price and location made up for any shortcomings.

After checked out, I headed to the airport to rent a car and continue my trip, once in the airport I realized that I forgot my wallet inside the safe back at the hotel, I called them to let them know, and Surprise was that Dani who works there told not to worry that she will bring it to me at the airport. About 30 minutes later she was there with my stuff. This is an extra mile done for a customer. Not very often you see this. Thank you Dani a very grateful customer. Gus

The room was small, but clean and easy to get to. It is steps from the tram, and bus stops. Lots of pubs and restaurants close by. The staff was super friendly and helpful. It was the perfect overnight to start over Scotland tour!
