I frequently stay here & this is the only time I have come across them putting 2 single mattresses on what should be a double bed. It was most uncomfortable. Other than that it’s always lovely to stay here, staff & facilities are excellent.

This was our 2nd stay at Dakota Edinburgh & we still loved the quality of the rooms & facilities. The only disappointment was my meal on the evening which was swiftly rectified ‘ removed from the bill with complete apology. Can’t get much better service than that, so thank you.
