lights shut off automatically because they're on a timer even if you're in the room or bathroom. Heating was insufficient. only two portable heaters for a two story room. Lights even went off for the stairs to the bedroom. Very dangerous. We froze!

The staff seemed genuinely honourable in their approach to service and the way they fit into the social milieu. The food and beer were great. Our problems with the place are as follows; -no control over temperature -no face cloth (towel) provided -no decent reading light All in all a great stay in a great facility.

Lovely Quirkey hotel - well positioned for the station. The hotel rooms & atrium are lovely - spacious with lots of lovely extras. Seamless service to your room (no extra charge) comfy beds & robes etc in room.

The staff are so very welcoming at the BrewDog. The rooms were unique, spacious and stocked with everything you need. This hotel was an experience you don’t get at many run of the mill hotels. The food was also very good! Walking distance to everything in the old town and the train. Would definitely stay here again

It is a great property with a cool funky vibe that centers on beer. There was a beer fridge in the bathroom. Great apartment/room. Felt very safe. The food in the beer pub was excellent. The bar had great drinks and beer. The staff was very accommodating. They helped us make taxi reservations for 3:30 am. I would highly recommend.

This was the cutest hotel we’ve ever stayed in. From the check in process at the bar to the welcome beers it was a fantastic experience. The staff was so friendly and helpful. The common area was very quaint and inviting. Our room was so damn cool. We loved the shower beer experience and the cooler full of anything we may need. The bed was super comfy. We slept so well. I honestly can’t wait to stay at another brew dog again. 11/10 highly highly recommended this place.

We had an incredible stay at BrewDog as part of our honeymoon! The staff were extremely warm and welcoming. We also loved the bar setup at the entrance, all the amenities and the size of the rooms!

We loved staying at the BrewDog! Close to the important tourist streets, but a block away and quiet! My husband likes good beer on vacation, so this was fun for him. The staff was so friendly and helpful! The rooms were modern, spacious, and the decor was so fun! I also liked how safe it was—room key access for the guest lounge, terrace and extra bar. The beds were comfortable, nice to have a mini bar with fridge and stovetop, and have the bed on a separate level than sofa bed.. televisions on each level. Excellent breakfast and dinner meals. Overall wonderful stay! Would stay at the BrewDog again if we have the opportunity!

We as 3 couples were pleasantly surprise with the property. Close to so many great places,Waverley station,just iff the Royal Mile. The staff accommadating and pleasant,Scotland' s are just happy people. Would recommend the hotel to others

The hotel was great, very cool modern chic hotel in the most classic, beautiful city in the world. Beer central! If you love a nice beer head here! Huge selections and delicious beers. Clean boutique style hotel close to everything. We walked everywhere. About 10 min walk from Edinburgh castle. Staff were friendly! Everyone was very nice and helpful! Would def stay again!

Different design, with kitchenette, bathroom and lounge downstairs and loft bed upstairs. Plenty of room. Very beer dominated, with 2 bar fridges in lounge and one in shower, received free drink on checkin which was nice. Lots of steps from reception area up to rooms but they did carry our bags up. Not a cheap stay so would have thought the kitchenette would have been better, freezer in fridge all iced up, only one bowl although 2 plates, only 2 forks no knives and only 1 teaspoon. There is a dishwasher but no detergent for it. There are 2 tea towels and an oven mitt but nothing to wipe down cupboard benches.

Not for older people. Must climb many stairs to get to room and inside room as bed is in a loft. Also they nickel and dime on billing. I.e. charging for refills on coffee and even charging for requesting additional syrup for your pancakes.
