This place is old, dirty, and dated along with really overpriced. The toilet, tv, and fan didn't work and no one in "guest services" ever answered the phone. Went downstairs and waited several minutes for someone to be at the front desk. After being told someone would be there "soon," went back to our room.

Stayed here the night before departure from Edinburgh Airport. Very friendly and helpful front desk staff. Room was well appointed and comfortable. Would recommend staying here if you need accommodation close to airport.

Lovely hotel. Very friendly staff. The most incredible cookies at check in - what a great touch. Bravo! Rooms very clean. Beds comfortable. Short walk to airport. Breakfast delicious. Pool was lovely, too, as was the sauna.

We took Bus 100 from downtown Edinburgh to the airport but got dropped off at the bus stop next to the hotel, which saved us time. We took the free hotel shuttle to the airport the next morning but you can walk there in 5-10 minutes. The bed was comfortable, room was quiet and the restaurant was convenient.

The staff are incredible I unfortunately had a room where the traffic from the airport never stopped then whole night but in the morning the staff gave me my dinner on the house as they felt so bad. - I can honestly say these people are amazing - only issue is there are very limited rooms with air cons - great gym great amenities

Staff at reception was great and asked if they should keep the kitchen open for us (it was after 9:00 p.m.) as they would be happy to do so if we were hungry. Room light was not working, nor did the toilet handle.
