The room was quite good and clean. Has easy access by public transport to the city center and a very good breakfast buffet. The only reason i didn't give it a 5 star is because i had asked for extra pillows and a fridge in the room. After waiting 2 hours, late at night, had to go back down to ask again and finally got the pillows 2 1/2 hours after. Never got the fridge. I must say that they did apologize by offering us the breakfast for free.

Large hotel with a lot of space. Gym, pool and hot tub. The hot tub was not very hot, but i understand could be safety. Locker facilities with a swim suit spinner helped with making sure swimwear was dry the next day

Many Positives but Dirty Bathroom

Stayed for one night to be close to the airport. Was given an accessible room (not required) as they were quite booked. Saddened me to see that the cleanliness was sub par, especially the bathroom. Grout, floor and area around glass tub enclosure were poorly cleaned. Positive was an excellent breakfast, both flavourful and lots of variety. Great staff and close proximity to airport bus.

Very dramatic stay

The hotel is pretty worn out and you could tell from the condition of the room. The power was not stable and our air-conditioning / TV were cut off for around 10 minutes. The seal of the bathtub was damaged and it caused some leakage as well. We were also made to leave the hotel and stay in the cold because of a fire alarm that went off at 10pm.

The hotel is clean and safe, with a reasonable price. Staff are friendly and helpful. The only downside is the limited dining options in the surrounding area. Overall, it's good value for money.
