Great location! So easy to get to from airport by tram. Can walk to many restaurants, shops and attractions. Room was clean and mostly quiet and safe. Comfortable bed and nice shower. We were in the manor room on the first/main floor. No elevators. No refrigerator. Limited ice. The one thing that I didn’t like was the lack of a surface to set things on. There was a bedside table on each side of the bed which was nice. The other 2 pieces of accent furniture were a small round table for the coffee maker that was full of stuff to do with the coffee maker and a writing desk/cabinet that was not very practical and that surface already had a vase and books on it. Towels were placed on our bed every day. It didn’t seem there was a practical place to put those either

We loved this hotel. It was in a great location to walk to everything you need. The room was very nicely decorated with attention to detail. The self check-in was a breeze. We would definitely stay there again!

The town home was in a great location walking distance to everything. The Belford room was quite small no room for our luggage, used the the bed for the most part, other than that it was clean and comfortable. Only stayed 2 nights which was perfect. Staff was very friendly

The property is contactless so there are no onsite check-in. Be VERY specific about the room you want. There are vast differences in room sizes, even with the same bed type. Check-in was easy. The location is great for exploring the city. The property is very well kept.

Pros: Eleven Stafford Street Townhouse in Edinburgh, Scotland, United Kingdom was an awesome location in Edinburgh's West End. Access to Edinburgh's fabulous public transportation system was this property's strong suite. You were able to be in any corner of Scotland's famous city in minutes. Easy access to Edinburgh Castle, the Royal Mile, dining options, the Tram, connecting transportation and more. Property was spotless and beautifully decorated. Cons: Rooms were very small, ours included one single chair, no closet, tiny table top areas, no vanity, perfect for a great night sleep but little else. I expected more at this high price point. Property had no common areas for use when you were not out and about. No staff on site to assist with lugging baggage up flights of stairs.
