I really enjoyed this stay. The room was clean and spacious, the bed was very comfortable, and breakfast had so many options and tasted great. Staff was very friendly, and there were convenience stores, bakeries, and great restaurants a short distance from the hotel. It's about 15 mins on foot to the main areas, but I liked the quietness of this location and saw no issue with the length of the walk. I would 100% be staying here again on my next trip to Edinburgh.

We have been coming to this hotel for a few years that itself speaks volumes! The hotel is a short walk into town which we love. The welcome you receive as soon as you walk in from all the helpful staff & always smiling. The hotel is immaculate everywhere…the breakfast is hot & plentiful & is always replenished to suit every diet/taste. The room is a good size with a powerful shower & a comfortable bed. We always have a lovely time here & already booked our next stay here

The hotel overall was excellent. It is good value for money and is in a good location not too far from the centre. The breakfast was very good too and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The only thing that we would comment on is that because the rooms don't have opening windows, they are airless. I know this can't be changed, but that is the only negative thing. Would definitely stay here again if we visit Edinburgh.

Good sized room which was very clean and comfortable . white bedding with no stains. Good size mirror. iron and ironing board in room. Bathroom was a good size and had body wash, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion and hand-wash. Towels are of a good size and were soft and white . Free buffet breakfast which was hot you could make your own waffles. Would recommend and would definitely stay here again. Parking was an issue.

Reception girls were quite tired to serve. Maybe a bit more smile woulndt harm anybody. Burgha girl was very friendly but arguing slightly a bit with other small girl. Customers shouldnt hear employees complaining, maybe Burgha doesnt belong to customer service either.
