Have stayed before first time with tour group great room normal size crappy wifi however. Booked on Expedia small room absolutely no wifi in room had to walk half way down hall to receive wifi. Very inconvenient when traveling. For the price fix your wifi you know it doesn’t work in the further away rooms. Great restaurant.

The hotel has a pleasant environment, and the staff were very helpful throughout our stay. The breakfast buffet was great, with a good selection of food, and the free facilities were well organised and easy to access. The only downsides were the tight parking spaces and the room soundproofing, which could be improved. Overall, a very decent experience.

Dated building showed its age despite remodeling, poor ventilation, dangerous shower, signs of severe damage to door frame from unrepaired attempt at forced entry to room, unrepaired water damage to bathroom door, from flooding, and expensive rates more fitting a better, newer facility.

Hotel looked lovely from outside When you arrive in our room it wasn’t the cleanest. Dust everywhere. There was 3 of us staying in the room. So a sofa bed had been pulled out but was a little too close to the double bed. So we pulled the other side of the sofa bed out. Omg the rubbish was unbelievable. The mattress was disgusting marked and stained to hell. Bathroom needed a clean l. Rooms need a good clean and a refit for the price we paid. Breakfast not the best.but depends on what you like Bacon under cooked baked beans burned on the bottom of pot. No veggie sausages did say they were on the menu. We paid premium because Robbie Williams was in town just short of £600.

Property is needing a good upgrade. The ceiling was all patchy and in need of painting. Broken lamp, toilet barely flushed. Bathroom door was warped and peeling. At £350 per night I was more than a little disappointed
