The hotel staff while ordering food from the room (room service) were very rude and were advising me not to call on the phone and get down to the restaurant to order. I did expect better service from such a reputed organisation like Holiday Inn. However the room was tidy, but sorry you have lost a loyal customer. May your employees treat us better in the future. Thanks mate. Goodbye for life.

The staff were very kind and polite. Alasdair was very helpful and understanding when we had to check out a day early due to a family emergency. We were dissapointed to not be able to stay for the length of time we had paid for in advance. The public areas of the hotel are very nice. The bar and restaurant are both spacious. The breakfast was first class. Kareen was so friendly. Unfortunately our room, while spacious, was dirty with dust and cobwebs. The bathroom was tiny, and had no ventilation whatsoever. The shower dial did not operate correctly, was broken, and my wife could not operate the shower. This impacted our enjoyment of our stay. We expected at the very least a clean room and a working shower in a bathroom larger than a cupboard.
