Very close to the airport, new facility, friendly staff. Elevator wasn’t working the morning we left. That wasn’t good since we had very heavy bags.

We stayed at the hotel for 1 night ahead of an early morning flight from Edinburgh. We walked from the airport terminal bus stop to the hotel in just under 15 minutes. The reception staff were excellent, explaining everything we needed. Our room was spacious, clean and perfect for our needs. We were able to get a continental breakfast before check out and a shuttle bus to the airport for just £2.50. All in all, we have no complaints and would use the hotel again. Thanks.

Room was okay. Entire property needs a facelift. Luggage rack in room was broken. Serious management problem in dining room. Food order delayed. Inquired with staff. Concern dismissed out of hand. Took more than an hour for dinner order to arrive.

A 20 minute walk from the airport, was happy there was a shuttle for the return. Staff were awesome, room clean and comfortable. Early morning breakfast was great, continental of course, hot items started after our early 6:00 departure. Good value!

We stayed at this hotel because it was close to the airport. The staff was wonderful and it was very convenient to the airport. It was right next to the Royal Highland Center - an event center, so there is possibility of noise. We would stay here again.

Two young staff were not helpful. Waited half a hour for a scoop of ice cream and had to ask why we had not been served. Another staff member said she needed to leave after I waited in line and was next to order. She did not return.
