We paid the price of a 5 star hotel ( and even a nice one ) for a basic room with minimum comfort and condition. Would be fine for 1/4 of the price.

The location is really good not too far from the train station, there’s a tram stop near and close by are plenty of bus stops if wanting transport to attractions. At the hotel the staff are lovely and helpful, the rooms are clean and comfortable just what we were expecting.

Great location near city center, train & bus stations that made easy sight seeing in city & two day trips we took. The hotel offers the best breakfast we have ever had in our 12 trips to UK. Excellent hotel at fair price.

The Hotel location is vety good near princess street and walking distance to everything...Easy access to the airport.The good thing as well is that they let us check in early...I do recommend this hotel its worth your money..

Ideally situated with plenty of dining options and shopping areas if required. Hotel very clean with good facilities including excellent showers. Staff were very helpful, especially Anathalie who ensured certain dietary needs were met at breakfast time.

Staffs were very approachable. Very nice to stay since they offer 3 adults in a single room. But, the walls were thin since we could hear the neighbours. Furthermore, we left our luggage in the hotel for free when we checked out. But what I dont like was when we claim our luggage, they did not check the claim stab and they just let us in and get our own bags which is quite not safe.if thats there way of claiming the bags, we would lost our bags anytime.
