We loved our stay here. The staff were all very polite and happy, nothing was too much for them. The room was perfect and cleaned daily. Great breakfast with lots of choice. The tram / bus / train services were all close by, regular, on time, reasonably priced and excellent. If we come back to Leith we would definitely stay here again.

A weekend trip with the family. Had a great time. Only niggle - the hash browns at the free breakfast are terrible. Not a deal breaker as you just avoid them. Great location with easy transport and staff are great.

Comfy stay in great location

Room was a bit cold with the heater not really powerful enough for the size of the room. Service at reception desk provided by Jamie was absolutely fantastic though, super friendly and super helpful.

Right near the tram line

We really enjoyed our stay here. It was an excellent location with the tram very close to the front door. The breakfast was good. The rooms we had were rather small but workable.

We found the hotel to be on the doorstep of the local transport bus and tram. there was a shopping centre with resterants and shops. The hotel was not the best as you had to pay £10 per night to park at hotel. we had to park in multi story carpark at shopping centre over road which was free. I am disabled. Also we had to leave a key card in room to keep heater working, however we returned to room to find key card removed and room cold. The second day we returned to room to find door key card missing from room, The cooked breakfast was slightly below avarage quality wise.
