This was a great location. Staying in the heart of old town allowed for convenient access to everything we wanted to do. The staff was great for recommendations on food and places to go. The room needed a little tlc- it looks like there was minor floor damage and could use a little attention. Would come back.

Overall, it’s a great location. Bed was quite uncomfortable, slept with some extra padding to try to make it better. Bathroom is essentially a boat bathroom, but with poor ventilation so it seems like that causes the moldy smell

The staff were very friendly and provided excellent customer service! Check in was very easy and my room was available early. However, they do have luggage storage available, if needed. The room was decent size. Flooring was a little dated and slightly damaged but I was very happy with the room overall. The bed was comfortable and there were extra pillows. Great water pressure in the shower. Comfy, oversized towels were provided. There were plenty of hangers and a hairdryer, kettle, and coffee/tea selection. I ate at the onsite restaurant for a late lunch and it was a lovely space and the food was delicious! Very safe location and all of the sights were close by! All of the staff were fabulous! I will definitely return!
