What a great find!
Excellent room, friendly and very attentive staff. We stayed for a long weekend with the kids and what an excellent find this was, the room was clean, very large and within a stones throw of Edinburgh city centre via regularly running buses which stopped right outside the hotel.

Nice place! Old Victorian that they have done a good job with. Parking was small but no problem. No restaurants close so be prepared. The shower was the only short coming. Otherwise great experience! Staff was outstanding!

Lewis was so very very good and lovely to deal with. He went above and beyond. The property was lovely & we would stay there again. A couple suggestions. New towels every second day would be great and the shower curtain needed replacing as it was moldy… but all else was great!!

We got off to a great start! Lewis was there, opened the door to welcome us before we even got in the porch. He was kind, extremely courteous, showed us around, made us feel very welcome. Lewis set the tone for our stay, couldn’t have gone better. Room was perfect. Just the right size, clean, very comfortable. Water pressure was less than desirable, but a minor issue. On the app it looked really high end, what a disappointment. Entered room to a musty smell. Looked clean. Bathroom toilet seat dirty and broken, towel rail all askew, no bath mat and shower curtain too long bad slip and trip hazard. No bedside unit just an empty space. No where to plug kettle in. If you manage to plug hairdryer in mirror is blocked by tv. Good points parking, soft towels. Wouldn’t stay again or recommend.
