We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel. The staff was so attentive and personable. They gave us little chocolates and treats every so often, knew our names and went out of their way to make sure we had everything we need. I cannot say enough good things about the staff. The hotel is centrally located to Edinburgh and even though we rented a car, we truly didn’t need it as we were able to walk everywhere. The food at the hotel is great as well. Visually, the hotel is also beautiful. 10/10

Staff were very friendly and informative, enjoyed the tour of the hotel on arrival, the staff couldn't have done anymore for you. Excellence service and facilities. Lots of nice little touches. Between 5-6pm they offer complimentary drinks in the bar area, limited drinks, we didn’t utilise but nice touch. Stunning hotel very peaceful for such a busy environment and establishment.

Perfect Stay
Just finished our stay here for our 2nd year anniversary. The hotel is so nice and the staff were great, they went above and beyond to make our stay extra special. The hotel is in great location for exploring the city both new and old. Will definitely stay here again when we come back.

The property is in a great location, safe, very walkable to dining, historic and shopping destinations. Although a bit dated, the hotel is clean and neat. The room small, but efficient. The staff was fantastic, incredibly welcoming, helpful.

We loved our recent stay at the hotel. We were offered an upgrade to a king room before we arrived and quickly agreed to pay more. The staff were super service oriented, very informative and friendly. Hotel lobby and common areas were very stylish and comfortable. Great location in Charlotte Square area. Great hotel restaurant and also nearby restaurants. Room was comfortable but we did not like the location of the room on the back side of hotel and the common areas leading to our room were not appealing and hallway outside our room had housekeeping supplies stationed there at all times.
