Loved it!

This was a wonderful hotel, totally redone 6 years ago, so everything was brand new and spotless. Our room was a generous size, and with an especially nice bathroom. We loved the location, right on lovely St. Andrew's Square, just 5 minutes walk from the National Galleries and tram stop for the airport, and just 10 minutes walk from the Royal Mile. The staff were super friendly and helpful, including assisting us with tracking down luggage that SAS had left in Copenhagen. The in-house restaurant was lovely too.

It was our anniversary and we got an upgraded room chocolates and a card in our room a complimentary cocktail and Prosecco with our meal the staff were absolutely amazing and friendly we will definitely be back

The location was amazing. The staff was friendly and helpful. The only complaint was the lighting in the room or lack of. It was very dark but it did add to the atmosphere of the hotel. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to friends and family!
