The first room I was booked in was on the 3rd floor, on a night time all I could hear was the ventilation system on the roof, I asked to be moved in the early hours which the Hotel receptionist agreed. Both rooms were dated and could use a deep clean and a refresh. The floor boards in the second room were extremely squeaky, breakfast was okay, I felt like most things were undercooked and had asked to them to be sent back. All the staff I interacted with on this visit were really friendly and helpful.

The staff were excellent and very helpful, its a great location and free parking is a definite plus - plus lovely restaurants on the doorstep with Princes Street a 30 minute walk away

We payed for the upgrade when we entered the room there was scaffold outside the window perhaps we shouldn't have been allocated this room the room was very tired and dated the bathroom was dirty didn't look as if it had been cleaned for quite some time and one of the bath towels was covered in grime

The hotel was even better than the pictures and it had a really great atmosphere! The view is amazing, specially on the last floor and also the restaurant and bar are top notch! In reception, we spoke with "Deep" and he was really careful with us, offering all the details we needed. Overall the hotel is the best deal you can get in the area for such an affordable price! Strongly recommend!
