This boutique hotel is 5* all the way. Staff is exceptional - friendly and helpful. Breakfast was wonderful with a choice off the menu as well as a lovely assortment of choices from the buffet. The room was lovely and roomy. Bed was very comfortable. Nice complementary treats and non alcoholic drinks stocked daily in the room. Very convenient location as we walked from train station across the street upon arrival and picked up our rental car there upon departure. During our 2 day stay, we were able to walk everywhere from the hotel. Lots of good restaurants nearby,

It was very clean and welcoming. Very safe, secure building. RIGHT across from the train station but a very nice safe area - not typical of other train station neighborhoods. VERY close to everything - Royal Mile, restaurants, pubs, sights, shopping etc. Staff is friendly and the bed, room, amenities etc are just great. Don't hesitate!
Free snacks and all the soft drinks and alcoholic drinks in the fridge are FREE!
Very nice set up for the sink area and a fabulous Dyson hair dryer. That thing is like a Mercedes!

Fantastic Stay

Everything from arrival to check-out was great. Rooms were spacious and very clean, staff was super friendly, champagne on arrival (which we were allowed to check in very early), bar on the 7th floor was very nice, and in a very good spot in the city. Market Street Hotel is a fantastic place to stay.
