Nice, central location in Edinburgh

This hotel was a quick 10 minute walk from everything. There is no real parking available (small 4 spot lot that was always occupied) so you do have to park off-site. The room was good, comfortable bed, good bathroom facilities.

The hotel was okay. The management team are brutal. I made a mistake in my booking (one day earlier than we were to arrive), so asked to cancel so I could rebook. There was a no cancellation policy, which I was aware of, but their response made it seem like I could just rebook. So I ended up rebooking for 2 nights. One of those nights was included in my cancelled booking. So I ended up paying for the same night twice. After multiple requests to get a refund through Expedia, the hotel declined. Even though they told me it was cancelled and I could rebook. Had I known they weren't going to allow me to cancel, I would have just kept the original booking and then added another night to the end of the stay.

A happy stay to celebrate our daughter’s 21st birthday. Fantastic location. Rooms are nice enough. There is no daily clean but we quite liked this. Very pleasant staff - accommodating and welcoming.

Shower drain was clogged with hair, plumbing was leaking through ceiling. Breakfast included when booked, new owners reduced to coffee and a croissant if you were lucky. Carpet in halls pulling up, luggage wheels useless

Great on the upper floors

Given the price, I was surprised to first get a room on the lower ground with the windows giving under street level and under stairs. But they were thankfully able to move me to an upper level room in the morning, which I was really grateful as I was staying there almost a week. Apart from that hiccup, the rest of my stay was great and the room really comfortable.

Only thing I did not like was my flat was in the basement. Had I known this before I would have asked for different room or stayed elsewhere. Very clean and comfortable and easy to get around. A little further from the sights that I thought but still able to walk to Royal Mile, Hollyrood House, and Castle. Lots of restaurants int he are as well.

Nice and big aparthotel. We enjoyed being close to local amenities. The beds were the most comfortable from our ten days vacation. We thought the kitchenette had a hot plate from looking at the picture and in fact there are none, but pots and pans were in the cabinets just as if there was a hot plate. The staff was friendly and helpful. Loved the coffee and pastries at the reception. The coffee maker with pods was a deception, like most coffee makers with pods. Would book again in a heartbeat.

Good place to stay

Good experience checking in. Rooms were good however showing some signs of wear and tear. Fire alarm when off early in the morning but no communication from management on the issue. Overall a good place to stay.

Comfortable room with good amenities. The decor was nice and the service in the lobby was very kind. The bathroom was not as clean as I would have hoped, there was mold in the shower and the room had a strong urine smell. Also, the original windows rattle quite a bit during windy conditions, making it difficult to sleep.

I stayed in this hotel for 2 nights with my family. The place was wonderful and clean and we had 2 rooms for a family of 4. The room is equipped with basic amenities including microwaves and washing machine which were indeed very convenient. The lady in the reception was very helpful when the bathroom water was not flowing out and she helped fix it. The place is about 20 minutes walk to the train station and near to most of the main attractions. Highly recommended.

The aparthotel is on a fairly quiet street but is near virtually everything you will want to visit or see. The rooms are fairly spacious (bathroom / shower, bedroom, and a living / kitchen space that includes everything you will need to include a washer / dryer. The layout was quite good and the room was clean and well maintained. If you are visiting Edinburgh for several days, you should DEFINITELY consider this for your accommodations.
