The staff were lovely and friendly, the room was super clean and comfortable. And even though there’s renovations happening the space was welcoming and inviting. I genuinely can’t wait to come back and stay again.

Staff at reception were excellent. The air conditioning for the room was stuck on hot which made for an unbearable night, we couldn't sleep. Having paid 2x or 3x the normal rate because of Fringe Festival, this terrible night rubbed salt into the wounds

Incredible location and very clean, comfortable rooms. Main lobby area was under construction which made it slightly less accessible, but still a great place to stay.

The location is very convienent for the Royal mile and Edinburgh Waverly. Breakfast was good (continental with more options) but slightly pricey since we added it on. We were lucky that we were able to get right into our room at 9 am (which we didn’t expect but they had one open), It is clean and pretty with a comfortable bed. I would stay again.

Excellent hotel on Princes Street, modern and stylish with conveniences and sights close by. Rail station is across the street but our room was surprisingly quiet! Friendly reception staff made us feel very welcome. Highly recommend
