Great Stay for an Anniversary Stay
We arrived in the morning at roughly 10am with the hopes of leaving baggage at reception due to being too early for check in. The lady at reception was very helpful and let us check into our room as there was availability. We had a lovely very clean room and had a very comfy bed and a decent sized bathroom too. Couldn’t hear much going on at the airport itself with the window shut which was nice but personally me or my other half can sleep through anything haha. The staff were helpful and friendly, some nibbles for sale in the bar/reception area for late night drinks or snacks which was appreciated. Really enjoyed our stay and would definitely consider coming back. Highly recommended.

Good, but struggling at full capacity
Love the social spaces in the lobby. After multiple flight cancellations and functioning at full capacity, the staff clearly struggled - so much so that the kitchen served ONLY pizza option from the dinner menu. The 'cocktail of the moment' that was advertised on the board turned out not to be available as they didn't have one of the ingredients (Bayley's). But, the staff were very pleasant - just not enough of them for this kind of a squeeze. That said, being an airport hotel, they should expect this to happen, and have systems to deal with it...

Great for the night before flying out
The room was clean warm and had everything I needed for the one night stay, with a early check in the next morning it’s perfectly located 5 min walk to the airport, I didn’t have breakfast at the hotel so can’t comment on the food side of things, checking out was a breeze simply had back the key card and that’s it, The big question is would I stay here again YES

The room was cold and the staff were unable to rectify the problem apart from providing an electrical fan heater. Also the hotel wifi did not work for our Apple devices, a problem which according to a member of staff is a continuous problem. Had a drink in the bar but had to leave as it was too cold. The staff were positive and tried to be helpful but were of course unable to correct hotel infrastructure problems.

Comfortable bed and comfortable room temp. Lovely bar staff. Short stay therefore not charged for parking which was a bonus Unfortunately headphones left on bed my mistake - never found therefore believe they ended up in laundry!

Could not beat the location of this hotel for an early morning flight, lady travelling alone. Felt completely safe walking alone in the dark the 5 minutes it takes to get to the airport.
