We stayed at the Moxie for three nights. The hotel is in a great location for walking. The staff was very pleasant and efficient. The room was comfortable. The restaurant was very good. I liked the fact that a computer was easy to access so everything didn't need to be done on my phone.

Loved the moxy hotel. Location is walkable to old town and other areas. Easy transport to airport and train station. We arrived early snd were pleasantly surprised and grateful to be offered to check in early. We looked forward to getting back and relaxing downstairs. Food was great . A very huge selection for breakfast. Fun hotel with foosball and games. The rooftop bar is wonderful. We also used the gym facilities. I particularly enjoyed using the punching bag. All the staff were friendly and helpful. Will definitely go back.

This was a nice place to stay. Be aware that’s it has a very minimalist feel. No closet or safe- think euro rack with hooks etc. I liked my stay- just did t like that the fire alarm went off three times I. A week span. But great location

This is one of te worst/ completely photoshopped hotel/ one star dorm room charged for 5 star hotel! We we given the family suite with 2 twin bed together( instead of queen) 2 towels and one of the worst dorm room ..really derece a refund for $468.00 for $100.00 motel.. please don’t get arried away by photoshopped entrance and hotel amenities .. all wrong ! I was checked in by bar tender at reception to first floor dingy room with no mattress pad on dorm mattress. paid all that price for s… dorm room. Shower gel bottle filled with some old body lotion/ cheap spurt not even working .. please check my photos before u get ripped off . Not sure it it’s expedia or Moxy dorm

Upon arriving, was greeted by really friendly staff. And all were accommodating and helpful throughout my four nights there. Definitely would stay again. And it’s a lovely, maybe 15-20 minute walk into Old Town. Perfect. Away from the bustle, but an easy walk when you want it.

Fun funky spot!
Staff is exceptionally helpful and kind. Its a a place where you'd rather hang out in the common areas than in your room. Close to Haymarket and the Castle, Princes St are walkable. Vert convenient!

Me and my partner thoroughly enjoyed our stay to the moxy , it was so convenient and had everything you need within walking distance , the bar food is perfect if you need something quick and easy , the rooms are spotless and have a lovely quirky but modern feel about them and was spotless , Only thing i’d say is the staff could do with a better card machine felt sorry for them , overall brilliant stay would recommend

A good, clean hotel located well for a stay in Edinburgh - about 10/15 mins walk into the centre. The service wasn’t fantastic however, when we tried to check in at 3pm we were told a room wasn’t available and it was still being cleaned - but we had obviously booked well in advance so this doesn’t really make a lot of sense, why wouldn’t it have been cleaned for our arrival. Very frustrating and nothing really offered to make this experience better. Otherwise, good hotel.

The Moxy Fountainbridge is a great option for folks visiting Edinburgh. It is at a walking distance from most tourist attractions, the staff is kind and friendly, and the facilities are new and comfortable. Highly recommend it!
