My partner and i stayed in the Georgian Suite for one night whilst visiting Edinburgh. The room was beautiful and staff were very friendly and helpful; particularly Irene who was lovely. The property was clean and comfortable and the bath in the room added an excellent touch. The property was within walking disctance of the main attractions we wanted to see and also had two guest areas; one of which had a piano and lovely relaxing jazz music which we enjoyed. The bar was nice and we have one cocktail each which was affordable. My partner ordered the breakfast the next day and said it was also lovely. We would definitely recommend this hotel. The only downside was that the toilet in the room is such a small space, with my partner being 6 foot tall, it was a tight squeeze for him lol! Otherwise we loved this hotel. Thank you. A beautiful hotel only a short walk from the Playhouse Theatre and St James Shopping Centre. Room was spacious and luxurious and the facilities (guest lounge, garden etc) were a lovely touch. Special mention to the staff who were engaging and extremely friendly. Would absolutely stay again.
Very nice Boutique hotel not far from the city centre. Short walk and situated in a quite residential area. large room furnished tastefully. very nice tasty selection for breakfast
The bedroom and bathroom were amazing although the toilet was a little cramped. Décor beautiful and service impeccable. Made the visit to Edinburgh really special.
Had a lovely warm welcome and shown round the hotel on arrival. The room was spacious and perfect for us. The location is really handy for the playhouse theatre. Will definitely stay again.
Absolument beautiful hotel. Extremely comfortable room, really good shower room, nice toiletries. Especially appreciated the tunucks tea cake!! Fabulous. Will be back!!
Lovely stay at No 11. We were staying here between a train journey and a flight - the hotel is easily walkable from the station and there is a tram stop to the airport nearby. Our room was in the second floor which was a problem as we had a heavy case and there is no lift - the fellow at reception insisted on carrying it up for us though which was above and beyond. The room was small but well appointed. We had a walk nearby and there are lots of nice bars and restaurants on the Leith walk. The tram is also easy to get to and takes you all over the city. Would recommend the hotel and, again, thank you to the guy who lugged our luggage up two flights.
