Very comfortable room with easy access to showers and toilets. Walls are quite thin so it could be noisy at times but overall, it’s good value for money. Close to public transport and Holyrood Park. Would definitely stay here again.

The room was clean (aside from some strange marks on the carpet) and had everything you’d need for one night. The breakfast was amazing, especially considering it’s included in the price! The bathrooms were very small and not the cleanest and there were no fans or AC which wasn’t ideal given the heatwave. On the whole I’d recommend but not for any longer than 1/2 nights.

This is student accommodation so it is what you expect. Room is basic but clean enough. No treats attached but just comfortable basic accommodation. I would have liked a mug to use. There is a cup by sink. But there's a kettle in the pantry but no mugs. Even if you could borrow one or sign for it or something like the hairdryers. Breakfast included is fine. Plenty available and fresh.

We were very mpressed with the accommodation at Summer Stays at the University. Our twin room was spacious, clean and beds comfortable. An amazing breakfast buffet is served and laundry facilities are convenient and very well priced.

The rooms were comfortable and excellent for a few days stay. The breakfast was excellent. The location was a little walk from the Royal Mile, but still convenient, with bus ervices available if needed.
