A very nice hotel in a great location. The room was large for a European hotel. The bed was very comfortable and the room was very nice. The breakfast was very good with lots of options. The hotel was in a great location. The staff was very friendly and helpful. One thing I thought was a nice touch was they gave u water bottles daily which was nice to have when touring around. I would definitely recommend this hotel

My husband and I stayed 4 nights and from the moment we arrived I realised the bed was very soft I contacted reception and was told a board would be put under the mattress.Housekeeping arrived and did this. We had to change room due to outside noise, the new room bed too soft and no option to have a medium mattress so another board was going to be put under the mattress, however housekeeping forgot so another bad night of sleep, tossing and turning. Following night board arrived again . This however didn’t sort the problem as mattress was too soft. I have never stayed in a hotel where the mattress can’t be changed. Staff are lovely but if you don’t get much sleep it is not somewhere we will stay again. Left email with hotel while we were staying but have not heard back.
