Great first impressions, nice reception area and friendly staff. Clear instructions for our stay. Bar area and outside seating very nice again staff very helpful. Restaurant nice and clean plenty of space between tables, food choice good, well presented. Defiantly stay with you again.

If you are coming to Fringe Festival or just want to be close to the center of the city but not in the heart of the city, this is where I would stay. We were able to walk or take the bus everywhere we wanted to go.

The family/quad room has a tiny bathroom; when the sofa bed is open, there isn’t much space to walk around. The twin/double room bathroom is at least twice the size and the room is bigger in general. The staff were helpful and the breakfast was good.

Brillant option with parking
One of the best options to stay close the city (Bus stop 1min outsite) having privacy as it is on a guardet campus. Parking option in front of the hotel, still save on the campus was also a reason to chose it.

The staff from the minute we arrived were excellent, booked us in straight away without fuss. Nothing was too much trouble for them. A member of staff who was having a break in the gardens recognised and offered advice on where to walk, could easy have kept their head down and said nothing, made our day.
