Had a great stay and the room was great with an amazing bed. Shower was great and bathrobes and slippers always a nice touch. Pool was okay, Very disappointed that it was an extra £70 for my wife and I to use the thermal pool. With the cost of the room I'd expect it to be free or at least cheaper than £70 per couple.

Nice Hotel

We enjoyed our stay at the Sheraton and everything met our expectations. Given the price of the room, I was a little surprised that there was an additional charge for using the outside pool area, something which is unclear at booking and was disappointing. Parking on site was limited so make sure you get there in plenty time. The breakfast was great and room very comfortable but nothing more than you would expect from a Sheraton hotel.

Me and my partner stayed for a night, got a good deal on a room with breakfast included however a bit disappointing the room being situated at a point where there was a massive skip outside and ongoing works outside so awoken early with constant banging. Street noise etc was a given as the hotel is in the city centre. The hotel is huge so I’m almost positive there would have been rooms elsewhere and it was a Monday night so not particularly busy. The facilities were nice, Spa was pretty good but came at an extra cost for limited access for only three hours which is also a bit disappointing when you’re staying as a guest. This should be free to guests to use at their leisure or if there is a cost it shouldn’t be limited to three hours. Room itself was average/comfortable. Breakfast average. This wouldn’t meet my standards of a five star hotel however would stay again without my expectations being as high.
