Very nice place, very friendly and professional staff. Overall was not overly impressed with the breakfast but the automatic pancake maker with maple syrup made up for it. The main reason i ding them is there was no parking available and that was the reason i even considered staying there was because we were driving a rental. So when they say limited onsite parking, VERY LIMITED. Otherwise, beautiful hotel and great location.

Great hotel just a short distance to Old Town. Plenty of taxis and Ubers available when we needed to go further. It was great to have a full breakfast buffet and a bar for a night cap in the hotel.

We liked being within east walking distance of the Castle, the Royal Mile, The National Museum, Holyrood Palace,etc. Great breakfast, very clean and helpful staff.

Ten Hill Place May 2025

It was a great hotel with good service and excellent breakfast. The only down sidep was we had to do laundry as we had been on the road for at least a week and needed clean clothes foe thw next 3 weeks. Cost for cleaning basic things was astronomical! Our cleaning bill was the equivalent of a night's stay! It just isn't right to gouge guests for necessary services.

Ballet break.

Excellent customer service from all the staff, special mention to the lovely lady who checked us in. Very well located for the ballet theatre. Bit of a walk into centre. Rooms lovely and spacious and great shower with gorgeous temple spa products.
