Great B and B / public house. Amazing staff, friendly and helpfull, rooms are great clean and all the bits you will need. The dinner food is fantastic, good size portions, good fresh ingredients, and cooked superbly.

We decided to stay overnight at The Juniperlea Inn on our way to Edinburgh. This place is only a 30-minute drive from the city center. The room was excellent, the food delicious, and the staff lovely. We will definitely consider staying there again when visiting Edinburgh.

Lovely stay, beautiful room, clean. The only complaint the restaurant was closed Mondays and had to go out for a meal. Everything about this inn is first class

We loved our stay at Juniperlea Inn, the owners Carly and Graeme were exceptional hosts, both very friendly and great people. The Inn had a very homely feeling and the accommodation was large and very clean, comfy bed, couldn't have asked for more. They have a great chef whose meals were excellent. Highly recommend

day 2 of capital trail to the best pub hotel ever

the owner was great, so welcoming and couldnt do enough, we were bike packing and the stored our bikes too, the food was great in the evening and the room so well done, great decor and bathroom, breakfast was set up in the room and perfect, couldnt fault it one bit

My family and I absolutely loved this B & B. Everything was done to a high standard, the staff were amazing and great with my two little ones. The food they do as well was fantastic. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a place to stay, just outside of Edinburgh. Carly, the owner is so lovely and friendly too. I honestly can't recommend this place enough! Definitely worth staying here if in the area!!!

Had an excellent stay. A beautifully presented inn with gorgeous rooms. Very nice friendly Inn with nice walks and great location. Would loved to have stayed for a meal but was going to a nearby wedding and no time . But will definitely be back. Thanks to the owners enjoyed our stay.

Very nice stay

Fresh and beautifully decorated with clean, comfortable bedrooms. Fabulous reasonably priced food in their restaurant. Staff very welcoming and friendly towards us and our dog. Easy drive distance to Edinburgh. Bit of road noise but definitely a great spot for a short stay.
