Lovely hotel. Although there are no eating facilities at the hotel. However there is a small kitchen in the room which was very handy. I enjoyed the free drinks at the bar too !!

The staff were very pleasant, the room although small was neat and had everything we needed. Favourite time of day was 5-6pm when they do complimentary drinks and nibbles. We made sure we were seated in time and the service was great

I had a wonderful stay at The Resident Edinburgh. The rooms were spotless, stylish, and very comfortable, with thoughtful touches that made a real difference. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the location was perfect—central yet peaceful. I’d happily stay here again and highly recommend it.

Great hotel with spotless ,comfortable and modern room .Efficient and friendly staff.The complimentary welcome drink between 5and 6 is a nice touch and there was a pleasant buzz of residents in enjoying this in the lounge.we normally stay in the old town but enjoyed exploring the west end location particularly the proximity to Dean Village and the water of leith pathway.
