This is a fairly new hotel and the room size and condition of the hotel were very nice. We would stay here again when in Edinburgh. About 6-7 blocks away from a vibrate shopping area. Several restaurants and bars nearby.

Great property, nicely decorated and very practical. Close to evertything and very acccesible. It has everything that you may need and in very good conditions. The front desk agents and personnel were extremely helpful and very friendly.

Place was excellent, very clean and staff in the hotel were fantastic. Room was clean and tidy, bed was comfortable and again with the staff, very warm and welcoming, it was great. Location was perfect and the price for the hotel was great for the quality of the room we received. Would come back and stay here again it was that good.

The hotel location (what a view from my 6th floor room!), grounds and design were absolutely beautiful. But what really put The Resident over the top was the staff! Every single one of them was helpful, friendly, and available at any time for any need or question. I would 100% recommend a stay at this location.
