Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast excellent with lots of choices. Bartenders were helpful and friendly. Room was small but had everything we needed. It was the quietest hotel room I have ever stayed in. Beds were so comfortable and the blackening curtains made having a sleep in easy. I would stay here again and would highly recommend your hotel.

hola, buen dia. el hotel en si , esta perfecto. los dos unicos problemas fue la cama porque el colchon muy mala calidad , y el desayuno no tiene variedad de lo que supuestamente tiene los otros hoteles donde me he hospedado con mi esposo .no tenia huevos fritos, lo siento pero esa es mi experiencia.

This hotel should be advertise as a budget hotel and they should charge a lot less. The room was very basic. The breakfast was terrible, and they’ve run out of cups and plates so I had to have a paper cup for my coffee and put my toast on a napkin. The interior and lighting off the hotel is also very unlike any supposedly 4 star hotel. Can not recommend this hotel.

Initially, after arriving past the 3:00 check in time, we were told our room wasn't ready, the man at check in quickly resolved it and we got our room. The room and hotel were very clean. The layout of our room was a little odd, but it was quiet. The hotel is trying to maximize space but for older travelers, that can seem cramped and not practical. The staff was very accomodating and the bar area was nice. The kitchen and serving staff do seem overwhelmed by the endless parade of huge travel tours stayiing at the hotel. That didn't impact stay, but we felt sorry for them.

Short walking distance from train station. Really nice modern hotel. Rooms spacious. Thought it could have had a chair in corner to relax as ample space. Lovely smart modern design although could have had more hooks for hanging towels near bathroom/sink area. Staff were very friendly. Nice easy check-in. Would definitely stay again if visiting Edinburgh again. Thank you 🙂

The rooms were smaller than I thought but we were only in the city for a couple days so it was fine. Not good for longer stays (big suitcases). The shower also leaked pretty badly. There was no separation between the shower/toilet and the bed other than a curtain.

The bed was really cool - it was adjustable. The room was really funky looking but the bathroom is open to the room and there was not separate lighting for the bathroom; if someone showered, the whole room was lite up. Great location though!

Hotel was clean as expected. Desirable part of the city. The rooms are small but that was expected. When we arrived, the bed was in a reclined position which was good while we were getting ready for bed. When we went to bed which was late, the bed creaked at any movement to the point where it would wake my partner or I up if we moved. It was a very difficult stay and I will not be staying again.

The room had nowhere to keep clothes just a few hangers, no drawers to put anything else in. The dining room for breakfast was very poor. Much too expensive for what it is.
