Good

The hotel is situated in a lovely part of the city, close to shops, bars, restaurants and other amenities. Our room was very spacious and comfortable. Staff were friendly. The only downside was, we got to the hotel around 10am, the reception staff told us that our room was ready but there was a £20 early check in fee if we wanted to check in at the time of arrival. We thought early check in was available for hotels.com platinum members. Hotel provides luggage storage. In general it was a pleasant stay.

Great Place!

Loved everything about this place except one little thing. This hotel was centrally located to everything, safe neighborhood, clean, the bar was fantastic, and the food was good. My only complaint is the lack of towel hooks in the room. As in there are none. It would have been nice to have a place to hang our towels after our shower or have a hook close to the shower so we didn't have go across the room to grab a towel. Other than that, I loved this hotel and will definitely be staying there again!

Not a nice place to stay. Small rooms, overpriced if you pay anything more than £100 per night. No water in rooms. Window but unopenable. Breakfast items cold. No toast, stale dry croissants instead. Best avoided.

Quick check in. Nice bar. Clean. Comfy bed. Bit noisy in corridors at times and not a fan of the separate toilet & shower. The handheld shower wouldnt point down so it just fired water out aggressively and leaked out the shower.
