The room was cleaned
Staff was amazing
The air conditioning sometimes was playing too hot or too cold. So I have to wake up most of the time to make my own setup.

The toilet door in my room needs repairing hard to open and close. Rusty bits on door frame of the toilet too. Room 337
Air conditioner did not work but as it was overall a bit cooler, it wasn’t a huge issue. The bathrooms could really benefit from a divider between the living/bedroom areas. While we appreciated the separate shower, toilet, and sink areas, a door or curtain separating it from the remaining area would be a vast improvement!
Room climate was a bit annoying as I didn't know how to work it properly and the aircon kept coming on during the night and kept getting up to switch it off even after I thought I had turned the whole unit off. Although the staff were helpful I thought it was quite unprofessional that they were on their mobile phones. People had to wait until they looked up.
Mini “fridge” didn’t work at all- all my food went rotten. Also room thermostat reset back to 19 Celsius seemingly every few hours, so could never heat room up to adequate temperature. Everything else was suitable.
Reception customer service was terrible. Miserable people. Did not reveive room upgrade as an Expedia platinum member. Room extremely hot and not responsive to thermostat adjustment. Room not well appointed, not even a cup to be found. To turn bathroom light on you had to light up the whole room.
I think meaning of room service should be cleaning the room such as vacuum the room as well nit just making the bed. Specially if someone like us would stay there more than one night.so we didn't like the cleaning room unfortunately.
A good hotel with a central location. Breakfast was adequate but impressive -- the selection was limited, the pastries were not fresh, and the breakfast room was not exactly cosy. Still, did the job. The very "modern" style of the room wasn't the best for me (question of taste, probably). I would much rather have a desk and a bathroom properly separated from the rest of the room than a motorised adjustable bed.
