Lovely hotel!! Great location for walking to all of the sights of Edinburgh. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was plentiful with a good variety. It was quiet at night despite location. 10/10 would recommend!!

Very nice hotel, location wise as well. Walkable to a lot of places. Only thing i wld recommend, giving room early as i did notice lot of the flights coming into Edinburgh were early morning. We had to wait almost 3 hrs to fet a room.

Quite a cool property. The bed is motorized and tilts upwards. The bathroom is not really a bathroom but a toilet pod and a shower pod - not a problem if you are aware of it. Note that this location is not parking friendly or even drop off friendly since there's nowhere to stop in front of the property except the street itself or drive up the sidewalk. Overall a comfortable stay.
