Très confortable, personnel serviable.
Un séjour en famille fantastique vraiment, toute l'installation est neuve, parkings gratuits devant l'hôtel ou bien en souterrain possible. Petit déjeuner complet servie à table très très satisfaisant. Personnel très compétent, jentille et serviable. Ascenseur pour monter dans les chambres, niveau propreté impeccable. Je ne peux que vous conseiller l'hôtel Özen pour vos séjours à Edirne.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Tolles Hotel, sehr sauber und das Personal war sehr nett. Da wir leider vor dem Frühstück abreisen mussten, haben wir sogar ein Lunchpaket bekommen. Super Service. Ich kann das Özen Hotel nur empfehlen. Werden nächstes Mal wieder dieses Hotel wählen.
