Clean, friendly staff. Have complimentary breakfast with limited choices but good enough to start the day. Very bad sound proofing. We can hear upstairs walking whenever they’re in their room. Computer system went down when we checked in but they still gave us a room so we were not affected terribly by it. The worst part is definitely the sound proof. We got a big 2 bedroom suite but unable to enjoy it fully because we were worried about making too much noise.

Really happy with this stay. Love the fact you can walk across the street to shop the mall. Love the many different room options at this property. Breakfast was ok. Staff was friendly and very accommodating. Love the rainfall shower head and defogging option on the bathroom mirror. Parking is terrible. One way in and out. My 3/4 ton would not fit in the underground lot. Huge parking lots behind the property for the mall but no overnight parking allowed signs posted. Should have an agreement with the mall to use that space as there was never anyone parked there our 4 day stay. When Sysco truck (food delivery) is at jollibee you cannot get past it to get in or out. Watched people struggle with that. Should have bars in the shower for the elderly for safety measures. Get smaller curtain rods to be able to close the curtains as they are ripping due to pulling on them.

Really liked the rooms(junior suite) Fantastic actually, but honestly missing a television in the common area. everyone did find that weird. By everyone i mean our two daughters and their Grandparents who ended up only staying up for a visit. No company in the suite i booked. That completely great and the room was terrific should that of happened. My complaint if any would be that the booking price online wasnt what was charged, I was charged more per night as well i had asked if there might be a discount for health reasons. as my wife was having breast tumor removed for our stay was close to the hospital. reception did say "of course we discount cancer patients, it will be discounted at checkout." What a great answer heading into surgery the night before. Anyway this is gonna be a complaint. I asked on a whim from a friend that got a cancer treatment stay discount, so we asked too. were actually pretty hesitant bud Katie finally build the courage. very nice. sorry, long story short, they never did add said discount at checkout as promised. minior but huge, they said something and did not follow through. Everything else was great as for the staff. No other deception or lies to report.
