A typical Best Western, the hotel is getting a little dated and starting to show it's age. We ended up upgrading for $20 a double Queen divided room, which is lovely with young children. The vents for the AC is only on one side. So half of us froze while the other half were very hot. We received a phone call the night before check in and they let us know the pool would be closed, it wasn't. How disappointing for my kids because we did not have swim things for them. Next: the pillows. They were all very soft with 0 support. They are in desperate need of replacing.
