The building is old and needs a lot of plumbing work. The 1st day of our accommodation water pressure was low in the bathroom and on the 2nd day we had water outage. Just Imagine! We didn't have water for showering or toilet!

This hotel is the epitome of average at best. Completely rude gentleman at check-in Sketch neighborhood Nice touch that the hotel provides a sound machine in the bedroom as you will need it (very noisy and can hear everything). Overall dated. Only reason for staying here is the proximity to the hospital-which they know and price accordingly.

The hotel is a fair and basic place. Tidy, friendly staff, but across from the hospital so lot of sirens all the time. Underground parking was reasonable but sketchy. Had a couple people who didn’t belong there in a few occasions. Over all good and would stay there again.

Decent hotel with nice rooms. Stuff was not accommodating at all. They didn't want to let my wife in since the room was on my name. And I got in an work related accident so couldn't get there on time. She had to wait for hours in the lobby till I show up so we could get in our room. No effort was done to solve this problem at all. And parking is extra cost.
