The hotel is a fair and basic place. Tidy, friendly staff, but across from the hospital so lot of sirens all the time. Underground parking was reasonable but sketchy. Had a couple people who didn’t belong there in a few occasions. Over all good and would stay there again.

Decent hotel with nice rooms. Stuff was not accommodating at all. They didn't want to let my wife in since the room was on my name. And I got in an work related accident so couldn't get there on time. She had to wait for hours in the lobby till I show up so we could get in our room. No effort was done to solve this problem at all. And parking is extra cost.

I booked through a 3rd party and their site crashed and booked the wrong day. I called within 1 min of booking and they wouldn't refund or transfer to the correct date. I did not stay there as it was the wrong date. No help at all.

The suite is quite spacious which contains a kitchen, a living room, a bedroom, and a bathroom. Renovation is a bit old but the rooms are clean, and the stuff is kind and friendly. Will definitely book again in the future.

Very friendly and helpful front staff. Excellent location for both the U of A hospital (one block to main doors) or the University. Like most all downtown and University area, parking is extra unless you have Expedia VIP access that gives you free attached covered parking (low ceiling height, no trucks). Nice clean suites with AC and light meal prep.. Safeway grocery store nearby. Walkable to Whyte Ave where you will find several restaurants as well as nearby restaurants. Most definitely will stay here again if in this area of the city.
