Rooms need an update badly. Cleanliness was good. But the beds are worn and uncomfortable, pillows flat, shower was like my granny’s shower in her trailer park trailer, wall paper peeling. I could hear the people in the hallway clear as day. It’s like I was part of their conversation (no sound barrier). Had to park across the street and walk over and they still charged $25. It might be hard pressed to stay here again before or if they renovate.

Room sizes was great. Bed was comfortable. Very tired decor. Small bath towels - and very thin - scratchy. Pillows were lumpy and small for a King bed. Sheet were too small to fit a king bed - and the blanket was not adequate for 2 people in a king bed. Probably will look to stay elsewhere next time as it was just average - nothing more and kind of disappointing for our expectations.

Disgusting and unwashed bedding
No fridge, sketchy parking. Pulled out hide a bed, it was the most disgusting thing I’ve see in a hotel. Blood was all over the sheet, it was wet with some liquid and wet on the floor as well. We got a whopping free breakfast and parking for the “inconvenient” sleeping bed.

We stayed at the property on October 19,2024. This hotel used to be a landmark for this city, now it is dated. The elevators and hallways are patched and need some work. Although the room was nicely appointed , on closer look scratched and chipped dresser, patches in the ceiling. Outdated lamps with no plugs for new technology. No room service the lounge closed at 10. We had to go elsewhere to get a drink and something to eat after we attended a concert. Also ,the worst continental breakfast we have ever had.
