Good stay, wants to be a fancy hotel but just isn’t. Walking in the lobby you would think so but the rooms are just regular old rooms. Cool experience with the round building. Had zero hot water for a day/night and didn’t get a refund or anything except a sorry but not totally blaming it on the hotel, they said something broke downstairs to cause it, hopefully it wasn’t just an excuse.

No hot water in Hotel - when we went to the front desk , Concierge said - we know - we are trying to fix it . No appology and no offer for discount,credit, complimentary breakfast - nothing . We understand things happen …but should offer something when we can’t shower. It’s not just not hot …..it’s freezing

I’ve stayed here many times before a good hotel for the price. However this time I must have had a room that wasn’t updated. Felt a bit old and dated . Overall again for the price I would stay here again.
