Clean room. Shredded baseboards in 3 locations from a previous pet visit. Notified front desk. Plumbing fixtures require attention in bathroom. Breakfast in the restaurant wasn’t bad, not amazing. Service was good throughout the hotel, no issues there.

Travelling for medical reasons; the staff were very accommodating when booking our room and helpful when checking in. Parking is out front by the lobby, well lit with security patrolling the lot as well as the hallways of the hotel after dark. Felt very safe walking to and from vehicle alone. This was the quietest most peaceful hotel ive ever stayed at. Breakfast is made to order and on until 10am so no rushing in the morning. Large portions and eggs were well made. Only downside is its a bit tricky getting to the location off of the yellowhead and requires a u-turn or navigating to access. Will most def be staying here again.

We always stay at chateau nova yellowhead when we go to Edmonton. It has been consistent each stay. The rooms and hotel are very clean, the staff are very friendly and helpful and the food is good in the restaurant.

When I got to my room, I saw a bug on my bed. I called the front desk who told me that they will be sending in room service, but no one arrived for over 15 minutes. I went down and asked for a refund; but, I was told that it would be difficult since I went through Expedia. Instead they asked if I would like an upgrade. I decided to opt for it. I checked the second room and it seemed fine. However, when I used the washroom, I realized that the faucets were not installed properly - one of the taps was moving while the other one barely moved. The flush was also making a sound. Overall, the hotel seemed nice, the staff was also nice; but, they need to respond promptly to customer issues. I would have taken a refund and found another place, but I thought I was here for three nights and did not want to go through the hassle of finding a new hotel. I don't plan to use this hotel again.
