First of all, everything was closed, the pool the restaurant, half the hotel, the elevator. I found it pretty pricey and deceptive cause it looked nice in the pictures. The elevator carpet smelled really funny and the beds were uncomfortable. The only thing I appreciated was the friendly employees. Was not worth the costs.

One elevator broken, one that worked was slow and noisy. Hotel location is not great for visiting the area but would be perfect for business, in a business park.

The house keeping staff left a bottle of Rust Stain Cleaner in my bathroom, which I found comedical and endearing.

Unfortunately, my first shower was on my knees with the bathtub faucet, as there were no clear instructions on how to actually turn on the shower head (nothing to pull on the handle or faucet) and I was able to open my room door without the use of the key card. The staff however, were exceptional!

There was only one of two elevators working. The lights in the stairways were turned off. There were not enough towels and facecloths for two people. We expected the Clarion to be better managed than what we encountered.

Up-class property with decent prices. They have a big and spacious parking area, the rooms are big and very clean, and the shower pressure was reallygood, which is something I have found to be a reoccurrent problem in some other hotels. The staff was very polite and helpful. They served complimentary breakfast but I didn't get to it, so I can't comment on that. My overall experience was excellent.
