This property was very good and clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. We have a lifted truck so we were not able to use their underground parking. Instead we had to park across the street at the strip club. Which i did not enjoy. Plus it cost us an exta $26. Since they could not accommodate us for parking , i think they should have taken the hit for that fee. As it is paid to them at the motel. Overall the motel itself was fantastic.

Property is centred well in dowtown. Close to Rogers place, walking distance to a variety of food venues is great. Hotel lobby has been renovated but the rooms are dated. Our room had a musky odor, but we got used to it. Room was clean but the furniture showed how dated the hotel was. For the money, we expected a more modern hotel for the cost.

I like how close it is to Roger’s place. It’s always the same top tier experience. We had a lot of noise coming from around the outside of the building at night but it’s manageable. The parking could be better but it is what it is.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel – it truly exceeded my expectations! The staff were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to make sure I felt welcome and taken care of. I booked this hotel through Expedia, where it’s advertised as a 4-star property — but it felt much closer to a 1-star stay. While the room was clean, the hotel overall is very dated and in serious need of upgrades. The appliance and mechanical noise in the room made it hard to sleep, and the soundproofing was poor — I could hear noise from the hallway and adjacent rooms. I originally booked for three nights but checked out after the first night because the experience was so uncomfortable. We could not get any sleep due to how much noise the appliances made at night. I politely asked the hotel to refund the two unused nights — I was happy to pay for the first one — but was told no refund could be issued because I had booked through Expedia. I then asked for a receipt or invoice for the night I stayed (standard practice for any hotel), and even that was refused. They even refused to check me out saying that I was free to leave early, but they would keep me checked in for the duration of the booked stay. This seemed very sketchy. The front desk staff were generally professional, but the manager on duty (Mary-Ann) was rigid and lacking in empathy, which made the situation more frustrating than it needed to be. The hotel is located right in front of a strip club in a seedy part of downtown. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel, especially if you're expecting a modern or comfortable 4-star experience. There are much better options in Edmonton for the same price.
