We booked a two-night stay. We asked if a crib was available and they said no? which was fine. However, the carpet in the room looked dirty and there was a musty, old-rug smell whenever we turned on the AC. The AC kept shutting off, as if it was on a timer and it was so hot inside. With how big the room was, I don’t think the unit could handle it. The washroom looked like it was the only part of the room that was renovated. The TV wasn’t even plugged into the cable, so we didn’t use it until the next day. Housekeeping came by, replenished the toilet paper and that was it. They didn’t make the bed and even took the extra towel we had asked for our baby. I asked my husband to park our car at the front of the hotel under the lights because there were homeless people all around.

Although this is in a good location, the cleanliness was not the best, there was lipstick stains and other stains on the sheets when we were getting ready for bed and there were long hairs in the bedding as well.

Dirty hotel, check in was brutal. Lady at the desk just stood at the desk like she was waiting for something to load looking at us and then had to ask her what the hold up was. She then started to check us in. Room was missing light bulbs and air conditioner doesn’t work. Pool wasn’t available. No refund because we used Expedia. Will never stay here again.
Looks like door was kicked in at some point. Had to pay damage deposit

I have to say price is ok for what you get, access to the west side and hotel is nice with lots of shopping around. Staff has always been gret, the restraunt is excellent and super friendly people. Would be nice to have some kind of breakfast included somewhere for the price as other hotels do, self serve. security is great in evenings locked doors. parking,lots and not close to crap the city has cause its far enough out.

The check in was quick, due to me having pre paid our stay. We booked a two queen bed standard room. The room was spacious. It needs a deep clean!!!! The carpet was dirty and had small pieces of garbage on it. The TV remote was sticky and had some chunks of “I don’t want to know” on it and the sink area wall had stains on it that were questionable. The a/c ws so loud, it was impossible to sleep with it on.

The staff were awesome. The TV service was substandard. The TV guide showed many channels that were not accessible. As a result, we saw no news while at the hotel. In our view, totally unacceptable. Pay for the channels your guests want to watch.
