We booked two rooms for one night as I was dropping my family off at the airport early the next morning. The front desk charged me a $200 safety deposit after noticing my sister’s special needs condition. My father urgently needed to use the bathroom, and instead of assisting him by showing him the way, the staff member laughed as he searched for it in the lobby. I received a message from Expedia the day before stating uptoo 100$ deposit would be required, and while I have no issue paying any amount, the way the additional deposit was demanded felt discriminatory due to my sister’s condition. Some staff members need better training in customer service and sensitivity.

Comfortable stay for overnight connection at airport. Very close to convenience amenities. There was a pair of dirty underwear in the room garbage can upon arrival but remainder seemed very clean.
