The room temperature was stuffy and too hot to sleep in with the bed's covers. Had to cool myself outside the covers to sleep. Each individual room needs its own thermostat for the resident to control. This maybe difficult with sub freezing temperatures outside. Cora's restaurant was extremely convenient. The service was professional and friendly.

It was a good stay at a reasonable price but it was insanely hot in our room. We kept the window open all night and even our kids complained. It wasnt a great sleep because of it.

We've stayed here a number of years for a week at a time visiting family. It feels like things are slowly sliding downhill: the heating isn't working well, the hot water is inconsistent and our toilet wasn't working at times. That said, staff are gems and Cora downstairs is a great place for breakfast.

There was a bad smell in the lobby and hallway of the hotel. The beds were just ok. Just remember it is a Days Inn.

November stay
Our furnace was not working in the room in November so it chilly. The staff didn’t say they would fix it when asked or move us to a room with a working furnace, but did provide a space heater. The fan in the bathroom also did not work and we were short shower towels when I identified how many guests were staying in the room prior which (was another trip to front desk), but overall did the job as a place to stay.

The toilet was broken. The room was cold. No way to get down to the main lobby other than the elevator. When I called I asked for parking other than underground and was told there was. When we arrived there was no parking. Had to pay for parking. Would not suggest staying here.

The room I stayed at was right in front of a big fan in the hallway and that was very noisy, even with the insulation and all. I would probably request a different room in a future stay. Also, there were some breadcrumbs on one of the counters beside the bed. We didn’t complain as this was almost 11pm (we did a late check in) and were only staying for the night (checked out before 9am next day).
