Every year my husband and I book a getaway in February to Edmonton for his birthday. We were looking forward to a relaxing stay at Days Inn & Suites by Wyndham West Edmonton, having specifically booked the Presidential Suite because it was advertised that it had a jacuzzi. However, upon check-in, we were given the key card to an Efficiency room with no discussion of change of suits. To make matters worse, a sign in the kitchen read, "Out of order." After speaking with the front desk, we were informed that there were no Presidential Suites left. The room we were provided did not meet the expectations of the suite we had booked, and there was no effort to make it right with a price adjustment. Feeling unsatisfied and frustrated, we ultimately decided to leave and drive 1.5 hours back home. The lack of resolution and the failure to honor our reservation were disappointing. We booked this suit in November to avoid this kind of error. While the staff was polite, the lack of accommodation for the mistake left us feeling frustrated. We won’t be returning, and would advise others to ensure their reservations are honored before booking here.

The indoor mini golf was fun. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Also we were very gllad the restaurant had just reopened after some renovation and the food was excellent!

Breakfast was really good. Room left a lot to be desired space and quality wise. Especially considering comparable rooms we stayed in. We would rebook at other places before this one. Currently doing Reno’s (with posted noise 930am-530pm) due to flood.
