Loved the room and the staff is exceptional. Walls must be very thin, the people across the hall from us sounded like they were in our room at all times when they were talking. Which got old real quick seeing they wouldn’t be quiet nor did they go to bed until around 2am. Not sure I would want to stay on a weekend when the entire hotel is busy given how noisy a Sunday night stay was

Was given an upgrade to a suite upon check in which was nice but not needed. The thing I was very disappointed with was checking my emailed receipt later that day to see that I had been charged $35 plus tax for parking my car. And to have to walk down stairs in the parkade that smelled of urine and drugs.

Hotel staff were excellent. Very friendly, engaging and helpful. Only negative was our room wasn't cleaned for 3 days in a row and we had to ask to make sure it would get cleaned on the third day and then only bare minimum was done. On fourth day was cleaned properly. Would definitely stay here again though.

Check in was scattered. Had new staff that did not know what they were doing. Wrote down our plate wrong so we had a ticket on our windshield on the way out. Staff did correct the error though but still an inconvenience.
