Walls were very thin, I’m not sure if our room was by the washers/ dryers but there was a loud rolling noise all night long making us not being able to sleep. Could hear everything in the hallways, a lot of people walking in heals and hearing that all night. Good location for the concert we attended

Staff was not equipped to handle the amount of folks checking in when I arrived. Checkin process far too long needs improvement. No stairs to get up to your floor, 30 minutes wait for the 2 elevators. Seems like a fire hazard will be looking in to this!

Saloni, at the front desk, made me feel so welcome. She anticipated needs that I had even before I asked and was so helpful with ordering taxis and providing information. Siew, at the District 102 restaurant, was amazing as well. One night when I ordered dinner takeout she was so helpful in making sure that my order was correct because I had several special requests. She also found caramel syrup for my latte and waited until I arrived to make it so it didn’t get cold.
