Property Manager Gets ZERO Stars

I booked on Saturday April 13th for a one night stay on May 4th. On Monday April 14th, less than 24 hours later, I tired to change the booking from May 4th to April 22nd but was told they will charge me $227 penalty fee AND the difference in fare. Hotels.com contacted the property manager to assist but the they refused to waive anything. I understand if I wanted to cancel, but I just wanted to change the date less than 24 hours later. Property Manager has terrible customer service skills. I will never book their hotel again. Zero stars!
