We had to complain twice due to the noise from room above was told it was just one person in room but ended up being a whole family with joined rooms and the kids where using it as a playground at midnight! Hotel manager wasnt that bothered we had to go and knock on the rooms ourselves to ask to be quiet. Would not recommend it
