Parking was easy and secure. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The beds were not comfortable, very hard and woke up with sore backs. The pillows were absolutely terrible, should be replaced.

Great location and the room was wonderful. It was nice and clean and large. We loved the convenience of being close to Kingsway mall and NAIT. Only thing that would make it better is to have breakfast included.
