We had a great stay with my family. The room was spacious, love the kitchen with a full size fridge and filtered water faucet. The only thing we did not like in the room was their pillows. They have good breakfast and it's different each day on the 2 days we stayed and most important of all, they have good service and friendly staffs.

Really liked the feel of this hotel. You could smell that it was clean as soon as you walked in the front door. Parking fantastic, never actually had breakfast but saw lots of people enjoying it. Rooms nice and big and modern

Located conveniently off the highway, 10 minutes from West Edmonton Mall. Building is a bit confusing as it is connected to another hotel via a corridor. This wing is undergoing upgrades and the pool is not currently open. Room was clean and comfortable with everything you may need. Would stay here again.

We usually stay at the Element West whenever we come to Edmonton. On this stay however, we noticed that the quality of the breakfast has declined, the rooms are starting to show wear and tear and not as spotless as they used to be. Also the pillows are very flat once you sleep upon them, you need to shove about 3 into one pillow case to make a 'regular' pillow. THe pool and fitness was also closed this time for renovation, and no prior mention was made. The staff are still fantastic, great location, underground parking is a plus.

We initially booked a one night stay but decided to extend because of approachable staffs and spotless clean room. Aireen assisted me with booking for another stay. We booked the one bedroom and it was the best! They offer continental breakfast plus teas at night. plus! they also gave my son stickers and chocolate to entertain. We will definitely be back. :)
