There are couple reasons where I thought hotel could have done better, considering they charge you close to $500/ night and it’s one of the popular hotel in Edmonton . 1) I called the front desk to ask for additional pods of coffee/ Tea and the agent told me the hotel does not have any more pods and that I should order coffee/ Tea from Room Dinning and Pay for it. 2) it was very noisy at the night time, there were either kids or someone above our room floor kept on either jumping or thumping , it was very loud. 3) our TV’s remote was not working so I had to get the tech in, to get it fixed. Bell service was very good and friendly.

We have stayed at this hotel for our anniversary for 23 years. This year we were so disappointed, and the staff did nothing to offer any solutions. The bed was so uncomfortable sleeping was difficult, the air conditioning and thermostat were both broken so the room was unbearably hot and at 3am people were screaming in the halls and knocking on our door. It’s one thing to experience this in a $150 a night hotel but this was over $400 for a night. I would have expected the staff to be more helpful and proactive in solving the concerns. Such a disappointing way to spend our anniversary.
