Disappointed.
Our stay was going so good until it wasn’t. We stayed for 3 nights and asked for house cleaning daily. On day two we left and house keeping came in did their cleaning. We left at 11am returned at 21:30. Our room was directly off the elevator on the third floor. When we walked up to our room our door had been left open. We called the front desk they apologized said they would let the manager know. We checked our belongings looks like everything is there. Really upset though. We checked out in the am also told Front desk again and were told they would let manager know we are sorry. No compensation from hotel or even a follow up from the manager. Just disappointed that no one seems to care and their elevators allow anyone to walk through the hotel at anytime of the day. Anyone could have come in.

We requested daily room service and this was forgotten on our second day of our three day stay. I did ask for this to be completed on return to our room and it was. We were in a multi-guest room with 3 of us yet our room had only 2 coffee cups, 2 coffees and 1 water bottle. Considering the price we paid this seemed frugal.

Good place but beds and pillows are just OK
Good! Clean lobby and nice check in. Great that there is access to a restaurant. The only two downsides are some of the beds aren’t super comfortable (same with pillows) and if you are a light sleeper then you have to choose between air conditioning or uninterrupted sleep either the air off because the air goes on and off and can be jarring. We checked in three rooms and all the thermostats were like that. Of the air was on there was no way to keep it continuous. Totally fine for good sleepers but very very difficult for light sleepers.
