horrible facility. bad staff. mold in bathrooms
mold in bathroom. bed are not flipped as per factory requirements so they we very uncomfortable. i went and asked for a pillow and they told me that they don't have access to pillows when house keeping is gone from 4pm to 8 am. so no pillows when i asked if that seemed reasonable i was told by the night audit that it wasn't his concern because he didn't need a pillow. the pillows n the room. king bed 4 standard pillows that were worn out and flat. i wouldn't stay here. i went to check out and told her the desk clerk i was very unhappy and all she told me was to call the manager. which i am today

The hotel itself was good. Breakfast was also good. I didn't enjoy staying in my room because the room above mine was so loud with heavy footing, walking and stomping around. Things were being thrown on the floor so hard the ceiling of my room was literally shaking. This went on almost all day and only stopped the two times we called the front desk to complain. The noises started at 8AM and didn't stop until we complained at 11PM because we couldn't sleep. We asked to move to a different room but were told by the front desk they'd call the room above us. Nothing else was done. I didn't get enough sleep as a result.

Old fashioned styling but very nicely done and very clean, the king room is very spacious and the bed is very comfortable, everything in my room worked. Some food and drink options very close by so you don't have to drive, area is safe and free of vagrants. I only wish they had keurig machines instead of the cheapo single use machines, other than that great stay.
