Easy access location with lots of parking, staff was very welcoming. Unfortunately in our room a few things were in disrepair, corner chair was torn, desk chair was cracked, room darkening curtains would not fully close and was missing the pull stick. With being on the ground floor next to the sidewalk/parking anybody walking by would be able to see into the room.

We had a lot of noise in our hallway Thursday and Friday night and a lot of noise above us Friday night. We complained Thursday and let it go Friday. Why not isolate hockey teams from us older patrons?

There was still garbage in the drawers, dispensers were empty, pull out sofa was ATROCIOUS and actually had springs falling out, beds were massively uncomfortable.
